Pixuffle is a free and easy to use online software that allows you slide and shuffle parts of an image to create surprisingly interesting compositions. The generated artwork can be then downloaded or published to the Pixuffle’s Gallery.
Developed at Fabrica with Graphic Design by the Swedish typographer Magdalena Czarnecki, Pixuffle is an open source Flex app that does all the image processing on the client side. It makes use of several open source libraries including the handy MultipartURLLoader by Eugene Zatepyakin and the powerful c++ module Alchemy.
